Returns & Refunds

All products sold on the LoveWoo website come with a 12 month warranty.

We are unable to cancel orders that have been dispatched – you may return unwanted, unused items at your own cost.

All returned items must include a returns form, available from support@lovewoo.co.uk

Any refunds, partial or full will be issued via the original payment method, PayPal.

Faulty Good Returns (UK)

If an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days from delivery, UK customers can return the item to us for free using our free postage address.

If you need to return an item, please contact us – at this point we may request photographic or video evidence of the fault.

You must notify us within 36 hours of delivery of any discrepancies or damage to items upon delivery.

All returned items are checked and inspected – A minimum fee of £4.50 is charged if your returned item is found not to be faulty upon inspection.

If an item develops a fault and you inform us after the first 30 days from delivery, you will need to pay for your own postage to return the item.

If an item develops a fault within the first 90 days from delivery we can offer a refund or exchange, after 90 days we can only offer an exchange.

All items that are returned as faulty must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any items returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. You will then be charged a re-delivery fee.

If an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault within the first 90 days from delivery we can offer a refund or exchange, after 90 days we can only offer an exchange.

You will need to pay for your own postage to return the item.

Unwanted Good Return (World Wide)

We understand that sometimes, you may order an item online and change your mind or the item isn’t what you expected. In this case you can return the item within the first 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must adhere to the following:

  1. The goods must be unused.
  2. The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in a sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  7. Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of the item being delivered.

All returned items are checked and inspected – A minimum re-delivery fee of £4.50 is charged if your returned item has been used or any of the above conditions are not met.

Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item you must inform us as soon as possible (within 36 hours from delivery). The item received must not have the packaging opened or tampered with.

If you open an incorrect item with security seals or sealed packaging, we will understand that you have accepted the item and it cannot be returned for an exchange.
